# 📜 SHADOWVEX ARMY TOURNAMENT – Official Tournament Rules

📖 General Rules

1. Every team must complete registration and pay the entry fee before the registration deadline.

2. All players must use their own PUBG Mobile accounts. Account sharing is strictly prohibited.

3. Players must join the custom room before the scheduled start time. Late arrivals may be disqualified.

4. Every team must follow the instructions of tournament officials and referees.

5. Team names, player names, and profile pictures must not contain offensive, abusive, or inappropriate content.

6. Any form of harassment, toxic behavior, racism, hate speech, or abuse toward players, organizers, or spectators is strictly prohibited.

7. Decisions made by tournament administrators are final and cannot be challenged.

🚫 Fair Play Policy

The SHADOWVEX ARMY TOURNAMENT follows a zero-tolerance policy against cheating.

The following are strictly prohibited:

• ❌ ESP (Wall Hack)

• ❌ Aimbot

• ❌ Magic Bullet

• ❌ No Recoil

• ❌ Speed Hack

• ❌ X-Ray Vision

• ❌ iPad View / View Modification Tools

• ❌ GFX or any third-party application that provides an unfair advantage

• ❌ Modified PUBG Mobile APKs

• ❌ Scripts or Macros

• ❌ VPNs used to bypass tournament restrictions

• ❌ Emulator use (unless specifically allowed)

• ❌ Teaming with other squads

• ❌ Stream Sniping

• ❌ Exploiting bugs, glitches, or unauthorized software

⚠️ Lifetime Ban Policy

ANY PLAYER FOUND USING HACKS OR CHEATS WILL RECEIVE AN IMMEDIATE LIFETIME BAN FROM ALL SHADOWVEX ARMY TOURNAMENTS.

There will be:

• ❌ No Warnings

• ❌ No Second Chances

• ❌ No Refunds

• ❌ No Appeals (except in the case of clear evidence of an administrative error)

If one or more players on a team are confirmed to have cheated:

• Entire team may be disqualified.

• Prize money will be forfeited.

• Entry fees will not be refunded.

• Player(s) will be permanently blacklisted from all future SHADOWVEX ARMY tournaments.

🎥 Match Recording

• Tournament officials may request gameplay recordings or screenshots at any time.

• Players must fully cooperate with all verification requests.

• Failure to provide requested evidence within the given timeframe may result in immediate disqualification.

📡 Connection Issues

• Players are responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection.

• Disconnects caused by personal internet, device, or power issues will **NOT** result in a match restart.

• Tournament organizers are not responsible for player-side technical problems.

🏆 Prize Policy

• Prize money will only be distributed after all match results have been verified.

• Any team found violating tournament rules after the event may have their prize revoked.

• Winners must provide the required payment details to receive their prizes.

⚖️ Organizer Rights

The tournament organizers reserve the right to:

• Modify tournament schedules if necessary.

• Update tournament rules at any time.

• Remove any player or team for misconduct.

• Investigate suspicious gameplay using any available evidence.

• Make the final decision on all disputes.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in:
